Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
NIDVA LAB ships from Estonia to selected European Union countries and other supported destinations.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

3-10 business days
International destinations:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.
NIDVA LAB is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
